angle of 1.8 degrees (200 steps per revolution). Each phase consumes 4.2A and
has a holding torque of 3.0Nm (425oz.in).
Each whole rotation of a stepper motor is divided into a
number of steps of equal size. These 2-phase brushless DC motors, often known
as step or stepping motors, provide quick, precise load movement and excellent
holding torque at any of these incremental steps. Each step is 1.8°, for a total
of 200 steps per revolution.
